Code Crafting emerged as a challenge at Grinnell College to develop a 'CS 0' or 'CSP' course that would appeal to women who weren't necessarily interested in computer science and math. We've done two full versions of an undergraduate course at two different liberal arts colleges, and are in the third round at yet another: The Eugene Lang School of Liberal Arts, The New School. Pop up workshops in artists' studios, conference workshops at ACM SIGCSE and ACM TAPA, a five day installation at the SIGGRAPH Studio, and three activities at SnapCon 2019.
